A Spectacular “Edo Oiran Dochu Show” by Miou-za for Our Guests from Russia!
In October, we had the distinct honor of presenting the Edo Oiran Dochu Show to
a wonderful group of guests visiting from Russia.

Featuring fresh faces among the Shinzo (attendants),
the performance took place in a stunning venue overlooking t
he famous Sea of Clouds (Unkai) garden at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo.
The guests were truly captivated by the ethereal atmosphere.

A historic first for Miou-za: the Oiran Dochu (procession) was
performed on a grand staircase. After rigorous rehearsals,
Yamabuki-dayu navigated the stairs with breathtaking elegance and grace,
marking a successful milestone for the troupe.
